Cancellation & Refund Policy

Disclaimer

The 30 days return and refund policy of any good purchased through DMEhelp depends on the following conditions:
The sold goods are in original sealed package when delivered
Original Invoice shall be accompanied with the return good
The good shall not be damaged in any way
Full refund shall be made once approved by the supplier
DMEhelp shall not be responsible for any damage made to the goods incurred by the purchasers

Return for Defective Items:

Any goods received as defective and being found damaged during the shipment process or due to manufacturing defect/flaw will be REPLACED at the cost of DMEhelp
For any refund on defective items, customers will only be charged for the actual shipping cost borne during the delivery. The rest full amount shall be refunded
All return and refund process will take a minimum of 2 weeks time
